Embracing Hybrid Work Arrangement
We maintain our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment to our associates. All teams transitioned seamlessly to a work-from-home model right from the first week of the pandemic. While we were not able to meet face-to-face throughout the year, it did not slow us down. Many initiatives were introduced to stay connected virtually.

We are now back to work in a hybrid model and continue to work towards shared goals, exchange ideas and perspectives, and celebrate achievements. A hybrid work arrangement allows for deep focus, while also offering an equal opportunity for creativity and collaboration in the workplace.

Connect Over Coffee was launched in 2020 to bring teams together for unfiltered conversations in the safe space of a team huddle.

The initiative is modeled as an experience for associates, where they connect with their colleagues outside of the regular scope of work. Teams engage and bond over a broad range of topics ranging from health and fitness, to movies, books, and financial planning.

Mastermind Quiz
Mastermind is the flagship virtual game of Sears India. The quiz spans 3 challenging levels, with 25 questions per round, set to test the participants on a variety of topics, their logical reasoning, and how fast they can think on your feet.

Top 12 then battle it out in the Grand Finale for the coveted title and prize money. The edge-of-the-seat finale is conducted as a LIVE show by Rakesh Chawla, Managing Director and VP, and the audience rounds ensure that everyone gets a chance to participate and have fun!
