Our workplace is an academy of skills – both technical and behavioral. When you work with us, you begin as a student and transition into the role of a subject matter expert.
We recognize that we are at our best in diverse teams in an inclusive environment, so as we grow, we focus on developing strong leadership and people skills. As an associate, you work and learn along with a diverse mix of high-performing professionals.
We encourage associates to constantly upgrade their knowledge and skills through externally offered educational courses and programs.
Tech Bytes Program: Launched in July 2021, it is a knowledge-sharing program by the associates, for the associates. The topics of each practical-intensive session are of relevance to business, keeping pace with the advancements in technology.
“I feel the program offers a good learning model for associates to upskill alongside their regular projects. It was a wonderful experience to share my knowledge on AWS with associates, as the first subject matter expert of the series. At the same time, I participated in other sessions as well, which were very interactive and insightful.”
Tech Stream Program: As a sequel to Tech Bytes, the program offers a series of full-fledged trainings based on learning needs expressed by the associates. A strong panel of Subject Matter Experts and Practitioners with extensive hands-on experience facilitates the virtual sessions. Building on our culture of continuous learning, the program offers direct access to the trainer associates even after the course completion.
“Tech Stream is a great initiative for associates to upskill. The concept by the associates, for the associates is a unique opportunity to learn. The sessions are interactive, practical, and begin with the basics, which is of value for beginners and skilled alike.”
